After agreeing to the proposal, we put our 20 years of experience and get stuck into planning. We'll be away sorting out licensing, meeting with stakeholders, working with you on site plans, procuring the beverages at best price, and presenting you with sponsorship offers.

Owning all our event equipment including cool rooms, trucks, bars, pagodas and marquees means we are more organised than most. We bump in early so we're ready for your big day. Our professional team will deliver and setup everything you need, manage staff on the ground and be in constant communication to make sure your bars run like clockwork. We'll also be taking the lead on recycling management to ensure all the packaging ends up in the right areas, and landfill waste is kept to an absolute minimum.
We’ll provide reports on how the day went to help improve our collective operations year on year. Our software will also drill down into what items sold well and where the best sales were achieved. We’ll also provide a clear statement of how much you’re getting paid, and what it’s for.
